SU Podium, Podium Browser, ProWalker GPU and Podium Walker are no-refundable software products. All sales are final.  Once the license is activated or accepted by the customer, there is no refund.  The exception to this policy is where there has been a technical reason why the software could not be activated or licensed, the customer accidentally purchased the wrong product or the software is not compatible to the customer's SketchUp version or operating system.
